[This book is also known as “The Yeti Files: Monsters on the Run“, and is part of a series called The Yeti Files]
A few days ago, I borrowed a book from my school library called “The Yeti Files #2” by Kevin Sherry. It was about a group of monsters who want to help the Loch Ness Monster find a friend. They end up travelling in time! Their names are: Blizz, Alex, Gunthar, Frank, Noodles and Tobin.
Why did I like the book?
I liked the book because of the comic/picture book style format. Of course, the plot is great, but the way it’s executed, is much better. The illustrations are also quite funny. I especially love when go to the wrong place in time, like 1977! The book is also short and sweet.
Which characters appealed to me the most?
I like Frank, an arctic fox who makes friends with a protoceratops.
Is this book suitable for all readers?
Yes. I think that this book is suitable for all ages.
Am I interested in reading more books by the same author?
I really want to read #1 and #3 of the Yeti Files series. I will hopefully read and review more soon.
I won’t spoil the book for anyone with more details, so you can enjoy it more.
