Tonight, we created a video of a book called “Tintin: The Blue Lotus”. This was an especially hard video to make. I was about to give up. However, I was motivated to get it right. I mean, who gets annoyed because they can’t make a decent voice recording (everyone), but seriously! I had to do it! So I tried. The first, second, and third times, I laughed when my dad made a “eha” sound for the madman. The fourth time, I was the madman, since I switched roles. I made it through the “eha”. However, I laughed when the madman wanted to “show you the way” by cutting off Tintin’s head. Next, I tried reprising my role as Tintin, but it didn’t work out again.

Sixth time, I had a practise on my own, and finally I completed it! Seventh, we were recording for real, and I laughed at “eha”. Eighth time we finally DID IT!!!!! It was really hard, since Dad made a fainting sound, and used an air hammer for a sword, but at the end of the day (literally), everything worked out!
