Recently, my father started his YouTube channel. He has been wanting to create a channel for a few months, and I feel pretty happy for him since he fulfilled what he wanted to do, since he used to, (and still does!), make videos with me and him on our tablet. His first video was a traditional Bengali “natok“, which is a short play, written by my grandfather. His second one, has me involved, as Jolyon Wagg, and him as Cap. Haddock. We made an audio excerpt of a scene from an enjoyable book, Tintin. It was hard to record, as I kept mispronouncing words, and after I got over that, Dad kept cracking up while calling me an “ectoplasm”!
My dad records his audio with a voice recorder, then he downloads the file onto our desktop. After that, he adds the audio and picture onto a movie on iMovie (you can also use any similar platform), and uploads it. To upload an iMovie project onto YouTube, you click the “share” button (the button on the top right-hand corner), and clicks “YouTube”.
I am passionate about my dad’s channel, since he is an amazing writer, singer, and many more!
